How to keep:

Keep in a cool and dry place.

How to eat: Eat after cooking.

1. Put the rice noodles (1) in cold water in a pot, boil, and continue to cook for 9 to 12 minutes, remove and set aside.
2. Take another 400mL of cold water, put the rice noodles (1), soup (2), chili oil (2), bamboo shoots (2), vegetables (2) (pickled cowpea, jew’s ear, pickled radish) in a pot and boil.
3. Stop the fire after adding peanuts (3) and yuba (3).
4. Add vinegar (4) and stir well before enjoying (chili oil and vinegar should be added according to personal taste).
