Return Policy

SECTION 1 Cancel Order

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us before we are shipping, and we will try our best to assist you. Your payment for the original order will be credited back to your payment account.


SECTION 2 Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. If you do not raise objections within 7 days, the acceptance will be deemed satisfactory.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and have no impact on the resale of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to Shopify's policy, you may not be able to request a return directly by yourself on Shopify. To start a return, you can contact us at, you can only request a return after you have received an email from us agreeing to your return. After your return request is successful, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


SECTION 3 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


SECTION 4 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 48 hours from the date of receiving your items)if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is any quality issue with your items, please immediately contact us via with the production date and batch number of your purchased item,  so that we can track the specific batch of your items.


SECTION 5 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you do need an exchange, please contact us by email and tell us your reasons.


SECTION 6 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We make no promises about specific refund times and you can check the status of your refund in Your Orders.

Please understand that any shipping cost is non-refundable, incurred for returns due to non-quality issues, you need to pay it by yourself.
