Logistics Policy


SECTION 1 Place An Order

Please fill in accurate recipient’s information like phone number, shipping address, and other order-related information. If the information you provided is incorrect, please contact us to modify in time before we ship, otherwise, any costs incurred will be your own responsibility. If the parcel cannot be delivered or lost due to the wrong information you have provided, we will not take any responsibility.。


SECTION 2 Shipments

Except for force majeure (including COVID-19, etc.),we may ship out all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase.* Actual shipping time depends on the time recorded in the system of the  logistics service provider in the place of delivery.You can track the logistics information through the official website or emails sent by us. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service email.

Please understand that delivery may be delayed during legal holiday.

Shipping times to your address vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed.

Due to shipping delays with COVID-19, logistics, customs, inaccurate address of the consignee and holidays, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


SECTION 3 Delivery Fee

We offer free shipping on each paid order of $49 or more (excluding peripheral merchandise). On orders of fewer than $49, an $8-$12 shipping fee applies. We calculate shipping rates based on weight and transit distance(rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees).


SECTION 4 Logistics Service Provider

We do not ship to non-selling areas(specific to the actual, such as FPOs, APOs, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). We also do not ship outside of the United States. We currently ship with UPS. The specific logistics service provider will be adjusted according to the actual needs of our business, and the designated logistics service provider is not supported.


SECTION 5 Returns

In case of return, please send the product back to us via UPS (designated logistics service provider) within X days after the return application is approved. If you need to return the goods due to quality problems, please prepay the shipping fee. The shipping fee will be refundable with the order payment after we have confirmed that the goods are accepted correctly. We will refuse to sign for the parcel with delivery fee to be collected.

Please understand that any shipping cost is non-refundable, incurred for returns due to non-quality issues, you need to pay it by yourself.
