Night of iSEE, the award ceremony for the 5th iSEE Award was concluded in Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing. The iSEE Award consisted of iSEE Award and iSEE Taste Award. Since its registration opened last November, this session has attracted more than 2,985 entries from more than 900 brands. CHOUBAO Luosifen reaped four awards.
CHOUBAO Extra Spicy Flavor Liuzhou River Snail Rice Noodle Soup and CHOUBAO Baoyouliao Liuzhou River Snail Rice Noodle were awarded two-star and one-star medal of iSEE Taste Award, respectively; CHOUBAO Yiqi Chouchou Luosifen Hot Pot was awarded four-star medal of iSEE Taste Award and silver prize of iSEE Award. It is worth mentioning that three-star award winners made up less than 10% of the total number of entries. With decades of understanding and experience in delicacies, the final judging panel voted for the 3-star products that entered the review stage from six dimensions, color, aroma, taste, concept, shape, and nourishment, as defined in traditional Chinese culture and rated four-star award-winning products based on the number of votes cast.
